Urban Vegan Kitchen was born out of the idea that what we eat is one of the last truly revolutionary things that people still had control over. This concept is encapsulated in Hip Hop culture, so combining the two felt like a natural progression.⁠ UVK also gives back to their community by working with organizations like Support + Feed to provide plant-based meals to underserved communities!⁠
